Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (particularly compliance, legal and IT), and regulatory authorities. 📍Develop, manage, and monitor project plans and timelines. 📍Draft policies and documents following the regulatory requirements. Find the right stakeholders to move from drafts into fully functional policies and acceptable documents. 📍Facilitate regular status updates, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. 📍Collaborate with IT and security teams to align technical implementations with regulatory requirements. 📍Communicate with our vendors to ensure compliance in relationships. 📍Ensure timely delivery of milestones, meeting both internal and external deadlines.
Your profile:
📍Proven experience with the implementation of any of the relevant frameworks including GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2. 📍Compliance, risk management and/or IT security background. Familiarity with regulatory environments, particularly within the crypto or fintech sector is a bonus. 📍Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders speaking "different languages" (IT, legal, supervisory authorities). 📍Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail. 📍Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
