About the Opportunity:
šWe are looking for a dynamic, highly-motivated Recruiting Manager to help us attract top talent and build a world-class team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and hiring outstanding candidates in a highly competitive market. This role reports directly to the Head of Human Resources.
What Youāll Be Doing:
šDesign and implement the overall recruiting strategy for the company, ensuring it aligns with the company's business goals and culture. šManage full-cycle recruiting process, from defining job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, to offer negotiation and onboarding. šDevelop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. šImplement innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and to engage passive candidates. šUtilize data-driven metrics to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness, providing regular updates to the leadership team. šCollaborate with hiring managers to understand each departmentās needs and team dynamics. šPromote the company's reputation as an excellent place to work.
What We Look For In You:
šBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree a plus. šMinimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. šProven track record of successfully sourcing, recruiting, and hiring exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds. šExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. šFamiliarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). šKnowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, structured, technical). šAble to balance a strategy-focused mindset with a hands-on approach. šPassionate about OKX's mission and capable of representing our values and culture to potential candidates.
