Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍People Operations 📍Manage and optimize all people processes end-to-end, we currently use a mix of direct employee management in Germany and Switzerland and DEEL as a HRIS. 📍Ensure compliance with employment law and support in navigating cross-border employment challenges. 📍Design, implement, and iterate policies, employee handbooks, and workflows to keep us agile yet compliant. 📍Champion our team culture—organizing offsites, team-building initiatives, and feedback cycles. 📍Track and report on key people metrics, proactively addressing retention, engagement, and growth. 📍Talent Acquisition 📍Own our full recruitment cycle via Ashby, from role scoping to onboarding. 📍Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, scorecards, and hiring plans. 📍Source and engage top talent in Web3 and/or biotech, maintaining a high-touch candidate experience. 📍Run efficient, inclusive interview processes and continuously refine our hiring practices. 📍Be able to manage an average pipeline of three open positions. Who You Are
📍5+ years in HR, People Ops, or Talent roles, ideally in a fast-scaling startup. 📍Deep familiarity with Ashby, DEEL or similar HRIS and ATS tools. 📍Comfortable balancing operational excellence with strategic thinking. 📍Experience working in Web3, biotech, or other complex, regulated sectors. 📍Good understanding of German labor law and cross-border employment.
