We’re searching for a Community Monetization Lead to turn our global Telegram community into high-performing revenue channels. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute a bold monetization strategy for our 80K+ English-language Telegram channel, connecting with partners and turning engagement into real business value.

What you’ll do:

📍Design and implement a monetization strategy for BeInCrypto’s Telegram channel 📍Build and manage collaborations with advertisers, partners, and influencers 📍Coordinate paid campaigns (including Telegram Ads and native integrations) 📍Launch and optimize bots, pinned posts, referral links, and other revenue tools 📍Experiment with PPC and other ad formats to maximize ROI 📍Oversee local Telegram community growth and monetization strategy 📍Host and moderate AMA sessions 2–3 times per month 📍Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Creative Lab team

You are the perfect match if you:

📍Have at least 2 years of experience managing and monetizing large Telegram channels 📍Know the Telegram ecosystem inside and out—from Ads Manager to bots to pinned deals 📍Can prove a track record of generating $50K+ in monthly revenue from Telegram monetization 📍Are fluent in English (content is in English) 📍Are initiative-driven, proactive, and ready to lead Telegram as a standalone product 📍Bonus: experience running PPC campaigns or hosting AMA sessions
