Job Summary
Responsibilities
šRecruiting Coordination šSchedule candidate interviews and manage communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. šTrack recruiting pipeline status and prepare regular updates for the VP of People Ops. šAssist in maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). šMaintain the HC data. šOnboarding Support šPrepare onboarding schedules and checklists for new hires. šAssist with preparing documentation and ensuring completion of pre-hire requirements. šCoordinate orientation sessions and help with new hire engagement touchpoints. šHR Operations Support šProvide general administrative support across HR functions. šAssist with updating employee records, HR dashboards, and reports. šContribute to special HR projects as assigned by the VP of People Ops.
What Weāre Looking For
šCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field. šStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. šExcellent verbal and written communication abilities. šProficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and willingness to learn HR tools. šInterest in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations. šAbility to work independently while being a strong team player.
