Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Recruiting Coordination 📍Schedule candidate interviews and manage communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. 📍Track recruiting pipeline status and prepare regular updates for the VP of People Ops. 📍Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). 📍Maintain the HC data. 📍Onboarding Support 📍Prepare onboarding schedules and checklists for new hires. 📍Assist with preparing documentation and ensuring completion of pre-hire requirements. 📍Coordinate orientation sessions and help with new hire engagement touchpoints. 📍HR Operations Support 📍Provide general administrative support across HR functions. 📍Assist with updating employee records, HR dashboards, and reports. 📍Contribute to special HR projects as assigned by the VP of People Ops.
What We’re Looking For
📍Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field. 📍Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 📍Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 📍Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and willingness to learn HR tools. 📍Interest in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations. 📍Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
