Job Summary
The opportunity
šLead the CF Benchmarks sales effort across EMEA, driving client acquisition and volume growth for the CF Benchmarks product suite. šGenerate, filter, and pursue client leads through both inbound and outbound activities, while also supporting team members in doing the same. šManage a portfolio of institutional clients, building trust-based relationships, recognizing their needs, and demonstrating how CF Benchmarks can deliver value. šIdentify new opportunities for the company's indices and data to play an increasing role in both the cryptocurrency and traditional financial industries. šRepresent CF Benchmarks at industry events, traveling across Europe for client meetings, conferences, and strategic engagements. šCollaborate with content and marketing teams to convert brand awareness and interest into tangible business opportunities.
Skills you should HODL
š7+ years of experience in finance sales, with a track record of driving revenue and expanding business within the institutional sales segment. šExperience at an index provider or in a crypto-native environment is a strong plus. šSolid comprehension of the use cases for indices and market participants that would utilize them and knowledge of complex financial products. šPossess comprehensive knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations with a proven ability to navigate and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks. Knowledge of the EU BMR regulatory framework is a plus. šA robust personal network within the financial services sector, particularly with a focus on institutional and corporate clients. šInterest about the cryptocurrency world and most importantly a learning attitude about new crypto-industry trends.
