Job Summary
About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help us deeply understand how our products — and adjacent ecosystem products — are being used, by whom, and why. You will help drive high-impact analytical work that informs product development, growth strategy, ecosystem health, and risk management.
This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Compliance, and Research teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that shape decision-making.
Responsibilities:
📍Analyze product usage and ecosystem dynamics across ARC, CCTP, Chain Expansion, programmable wallets, and future initiatives. 📍Develop analytical frameworks to understand user behavior, token flows, ecosystem growth, and competitive positioning. 📍Design and execute end-to-end analyses — from problem framing and data extraction to modeling, interpretation, and communication. 📍Build statistical models to evaluate token distribution, liquidity movement, user segmentation, and ecosystem health. 📍Collaborate with Blockchain Researchers and engineers to generate insights from transaction data, network activity, and emerging onchain trends. 📍Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations. 📍Mentor junior analysts and contribute to raising the overall analytical bar across the team.
Requirements:
📍5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field. 📍Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R). 📍Solid foundation in statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real-world product or ecosystem data. 📍Experience driving analytical projects independently, from scoping through delivery. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 📍Ability to clearly communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 📍Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, or Business teams.
Nice-to-have: 📍Experience working with blockchain data, crypto products, or digital asset ecosystems. 📍Experience in adjacent industries such as fintech, payments, marketplaces, trading platforms, network platforms, or financial infrastructure. 📍Familiarity with blockchain analytics, transaction analysis, or network analysis concepts. 📍Experience with anomaly detection, fraud detection, or risk analytics. 📍Exposure to tokenomics or stablecoin mechanics. 📍Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Arkham, TRM Labs, Chainalysis, Elliptic) is a plus.
