Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce ServiceCloud configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring optimal system performance and data quality. šŸ“Collaborate with sales, operations, and IT partners to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable solutions that enhance the Salesforce platform and support business objectives. šŸ“Develop, test, and deploy third-party integrations, including DocuSign, to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and automate workflows. šŸ“Utilize JIRA for effective project management, issue tracking, and communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors. šŸ“Provide Salesforce administration support, including user management, security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data management. šŸ“Develop custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builder, and Apex code to accommodate unique business requirements. šŸ“Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users. šŸ“Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations. šŸ“Offer ongoing training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience. šŸ“Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement. šŸ“Ensures data backup and data retention requirements are met. Requirements:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. šŸ“Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer credentials required. šŸ“Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a strong focus on ServiceCloud, SalesCloud, and MarketingCloud. šŸ“Strong emphasis on data security and familiarity with multi-region requirements (e.g., GDPR) šŸ“Demonstrated experience with third-party integrations, including DocuSign. šŸ“Proficiency in JIRA for project management and issue tracking. šŸ“Solid understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. šŸ“Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git). šŸ“Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. šŸ“Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
