Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
đź“ŤDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the secondary market. đź“Ť Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing secondary sales team. đź“Ť Build and implement efficient processes and systems to streamline secondary-market operations. đź“Ť Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and actionable insights to the team. đź“Ť Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities. đź“Ť Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the secondary real estate market.
Requirements
📍Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior sales or managerial role at reputable real estate companies such as: 📍 Allsopp & Allsopp 📍 Engel & Völkers (E&V) 📍 H&H 📍 White and Co 📍 Sotheby’s International Realty 📍 Espace Real Estate 📍 Strong track record in managing and developing sales teams. 📍 Deep understanding of Dubai’s secondary real estate market. 📍 Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
