Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Manage, mentor, and motivate the SDR team across multiple time zones. šŸ“Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates. šŸ“Monitor SDR performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback to drive improvement. šŸ“Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and optimize the sales funnel. šŸ“Ensure that the SDR team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed. šŸ“Report on SDR team performance and make data-driven recommendations to senior management. šŸ“Lead by example by occasionally participating in outreach activities to stay connected with the market.

Requirements

šŸ“Proven minimum 3-5 years experience in a sales management role, particularly within the crypto or digital marketing industry. šŸ“Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a remote team across different time zones. šŸ“Strong knowledge of Crypto/Blockchain/Web3 Space is a plus. šŸ“Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. šŸ“Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs. šŸ“Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. šŸ“Familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems and sales automation tools. šŸ“Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
