Job Summary
What you'll do
đź“ŤMerchant Kit Production: High-quality assembly and preparation of merchant branding materials, including printing, mounting, and final packaging of store-front collaterals. đź“ŤFulfillment & Dispatch: Coordinate the logistics of getting materials to our partners via internal teams or external couriers. đź“ŤInventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels of all sales materials (acrylics, stickers, and printables) to ensure the team never runs out of supplies. đź“ŤSales Admin Support: Provide clerical assistance to the Sales and Account Management teams, including data entry and updating our merchant trackers. đź“ŤQuality Control: Ensure every piece of branding sent to a merchant meets our professional standards.
What we expect from you
đź“ŤCurrently taking an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any business-related program đź“ŤExcellent command of the English language đź“ŤFamiliarity with Google Sheets, Slides, and Canva đź“ŤQuick learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment đź“ŤA track record of getting things done - drive, ownership and execution are core to our culture at Coins.ph đź“ŤGood communication and coordination skills, good psychological quality and business negotiation skills
