Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
📍Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives that align with business objectives, ensuring successful delivery against key milestones. 📍Work closely with leadership, business units, and cross-functional teams to align on project goals, secure buy-in, and drive execution. 📍Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to assess challenges, evaluate opportunities, and recommend solutions.
Your Skills and Experience:
📍Experience in a top-tier consulting firm (project leader/engagement manager level or equivalent) or proven track record in a comparable role at a top-tier prop trading firm. STEM background strongly preferred (Physics, Math, Econometrics or equivalent) 📍Ability to synthesize complex data, generate insights, and drive data-informed decision-making. 📍Hands-on experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, preferably in a dynamic business environment
