Job Summary
You Will
šSupport the creation, review, and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing. šLiaise with internal requesters to clarify purchasing needs, obtain vendor quotes, and confirm order fulfilment. šCollaborate with teams globally, including Finance, Legal, Technology, and Office Operations, to support sourcing and purchasing needs. šAct as a first-line contact for internal DRIs on procurement queries related to process, policy, or order status. šHelp maintain accurate supplier records, pricing files, and documentation in procurement systems. šAssist with supplier onboarding processes and compliance documentation collection. šPrepare regular reports on purchasing activity, supplier performance, and cost trends. šAssist with spend analysis, data gathering for category reviews, and ad hoc reporting as requested. šSupport the development of procurement KPIs and dashboards used for performance monitoring. šContribute to the development and upkeep of standard operating procedures, documentation, and training materials. šIdentify opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas for efficiency gains or automation.
You Have
š1ā3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related administrative role, ideally in a multinational or financial services organisation šUnderstanding of core procurement processes, including P2P, supplier interaction, and purchase order lifecycle šProficiency in MS Excel and experience working with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle, DocuSign) šStrong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple requests šExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional European languages a plus šProactive, collaborative, and willing to take ownership of tasks
