Job Summary

You Will

šŸ“Support the creation, review, and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing. šŸ“Liaise with internal requesters to clarify purchasing needs, obtain vendor quotes, and confirm order fulfilment. šŸ“Collaborate with teams globally, including Finance, Legal, Technology, and Office Operations, to support sourcing and purchasing needs. šŸ“Act as a first-line contact for internal DRIs on procurement queries related to process, policy, or order status. šŸ“Help maintain accurate supplier records, pricing files, and documentation in procurement systems. šŸ“Assist with supplier onboarding processes and compliance documentation collection. šŸ“Prepare regular reports on purchasing activity, supplier performance, and cost trends. šŸ“Assist with spend analysis, data gathering for category reviews, and ad hoc reporting as requested. šŸ“Support the development of procurement KPIs and dashboards used for performance monitoring. šŸ“Contribute to the development and upkeep of standard operating procedures, documentation, and training materials. šŸ“Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas for efficiency gains or automation.

You Have

šŸ“1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related administrative role, ideally in a multinational or financial services organisation šŸ“Understanding of core procurement processes, including P2P, supplier interaction, and purchase order lifecycle šŸ“Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle, DocuSign) šŸ“Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple requests šŸ“Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional European languages a plus šŸ“Proactive, collaborative, and willing to take ownership of tasks
