Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Product Strategy: Help define what we build, for whom, and why. Partner with product, sales, and marketing to set roadmap priorities. 📍Pricing & Packaging: Own pricing strategy, monetization models, and product-tier design across the platform. 📍Revenue Intelligence: Model usage, forecast revenue, and drive insights that guide growth and investment. 📍Strategic Projects: Spin up and drive execution on initiatives that sit between product, ops, and GTM—like regulatory strategy, partner identification & enablement, and more. 📍Market Mapping: Track competitors, benchmark features, and ensure our strategy remains differentiated and customer-centric.
About You
📍You’re a structured thinker with a bias for action. You’ve operated in the grey zone between product, finance, and GTM, and you love it there. You’re comfortable owning strategy without needing permission, and you bring clarity to complexity through models, frameworks, and clean narratives. You understand what makes crypto different, and why pricing, packaging, and product strategy need to evolve in parallel. 📍You bring 7+ years of experience in management consulting, product strategy, bizops, pricing, or GTM at a high-growth startup. 📍You’ve worked in crypto, fintech, or dev tools, and know what it takes to move from early adopters to scaled adoption.
