Job Summary
In this role, you’ll:
📍Be a strategic thought partner to our Chief Administrative Officer and Finance leadership team by utilizing your financial acumen to analyse results, trends, and key insights 📍Lead annual planning, and monthly close and forecast motions for the operations teams. Manage multimillion dollar budgets, with areas of focus including our marketing, communications, legal, corporate security, & people teams. 📍Collaborate with and influence cross-functional, global teams to achieve objectives 📍Proactively identify opportunities for change, process improvement, and system enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the business 📍Identify and solve complex business problems through data-driven analysis and storytelling
We are looking for candidates who have/are:
📍Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related fields 📍5+ years' experience in a strategic or analytical role, including Investment Banking, Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, or other analytical/operational role(s) 📍Proven ability to work cross-functionally by building relationships and leading through influence 📍Exceptional ability to self-manage projects and processes in a fast paced environment 📍Strategic acumen, with an ability to connect financial decisions back to corporate strategy
