Job Summary
The Role
šThe GTM Enablement Manager will play an integral part within the Revenue Operations organization at Magic. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enable our GTM and leadership teams to achieve revenue targets, improve sales efficiency, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, and support to align GTM initiatives with overall business objectives.
šAs the GTM Enablement Manager, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth, optimizing processes that relate to informing sales, customer success, and support on our latest internal and external product updates. You will also align cross-functional GTM efforts to maximize the organization's revenue potential. Magic is experiencing hyper-growth, and you will play a big role in this transformation by enabling all customer facing teams.
You Will
šDevelop, implement and lead onboarding strategies for external customers and partners to drive adoption, onboarding effectiveness, product knowledge and continuous enablement for new features. šWork cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Revenue Operations to design a full scale GTM Enablement operation, including GTM training paths, training paths, and key enablement collateral. šEngage with Product, Design and Engineering to prepare and facilitate technical documentation, including whitepapers, decks, and training videos. šDefine, measure and report the performance of our enablement programs' impact, efficiency, appropriateness, and utility. šContinuous improvement on core GTM enablement materials, including playbooks, one-pagers, email sequences tailored to specific segments and ideal customer profiles.
You Have
š5+ years of experience in SaaS sales enablement, training, and/or productivity at a high-growth startup or technology company. šExpertise with enablement best practices, software sales processes, coaching, and GTM methodologies. šExperience implementing, enhancing, and supporting enablement tools, including CRM systems (Hubspot/Salesforce), sales productivity tools, content, and learning management systems (LMS). šExceptional presentation, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to drive alignment between senior audiences through both written and verbal communication. šAbility to operate proactively and operate independently through ambiguity to drive business-influencing outcomes. šAbility to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives across key stakeholder teams, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales. šBig Bonus: passion for crypto / web3
