Job Summary
Essential Functions:
📍Work with clients to identify strategic opportunities, manage complex assignments, and sign new partnership deals around our crypto solutions. 📍Coordinate internal resources and project manage to accomplish Visa and client objectives as well as ensure that the client perspective is represented within the organization. 📍Represent the client’s and account management’s needs on the product roadmap by providing business requirements and prioritization and communicating roadmap back to the client. 📍Research and resolve client issues by utilizing internal platforms and collaborate with internal partners to facilitate resolution. 📍Grow the business by identifying new prospects that should leverage our services. 📍Determine courses of action for crypto initiatives and cross-client goals, working cross-functionality with groups like legal, treasury, compliance, privacy, product, data science, and regulatory. 📍Stay current with crypto industry and client trends and maintain a working knowledge of Visa products and services.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 📍5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 0 years relevant work experience with a PhD
