Key Responsibilities:

📍Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with company vision and strategic priorities 📍Drive end-to-end product development – from discovery and scoping through launch and scaling 📍Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify customer needs and industry trends 📍Translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories for engineering teams 📍Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver developments on time 📍Monitor product performance, define product metrics and KPIs, and use data to drive continuous improvements 📍Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment 📍Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership 📍Stay on top of developments in blockchain, crypto regulation, and fintech innovation

Main qualification, skills and experience:

📍3+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto, or a related tech field 📍Solid understanding of blockchain, crypto assets, stablecoins, wallets, exchanges, or DeFi ecosystems 📍Proven track record of shipping complex digital products in fast-paced environments 📍Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset 📍Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills 📍Comfortable working in an agile, startup-like setting 📍Familiarity with regulatory considerations in crypto and financial products (a strong plus) 📍Technical background or experience working with engineering teams (a plus)
