Job Summary
What You'll Do
📍Own and lead SHx’s community strategy, growth, and engagement across key platforms. 📍Respond to community inquiries and feedback with empathy and accuracy. 📍Represent SHx at industry meetups, events, and conferences. 📍Design and host virtual events like AMAs, webinars, and token updates. 📍Work closely with marketing and product to surface community insights. 📍Create updates and high-signal messaging tailored to SHx token holders and advocates. 📍Track engagement, sentiment, and report on community health to leadership. 📍Provide regular reports to leadership on community growth, engagement, and sentiment
What We're Looking For
đź“Ť7+ years of experience in community management or a similar role, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or tech startups. đź“ŤDemonstrated success in building and managing online communities. đź“ŤExceptional written and verbal communication skills. đź“ŤProficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software. đź“ŤStrong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects. đź“ŤMust be proficient in prompting AI tools like ChatGPT and/or Claude đź“ŤFamiliarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and SHx is a strong plus. A deep understanding of online communities and the ability to navigate the complexities of community dynamics.
