Job Summary

What you’ll be working on:

📍Drive retail user acquisition and market penetration through partnerships with KOLs, affiliate networks, communities, influencers, and regional partners. 📍Build scalable cooperation models including rebate programs, affiliate incentives, copy-trading integrations, strategy hosting, API trader activation, and other Web3-native funnels. 📍Identify high-potential retail markets and execute end-to-end outreach: prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and long-term partner management. 📍Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support localized campaigns, community engagement, promotions, and product launches tailored to retail users. 📍Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and retail user behavior to refine acquisition strategies and improve conversion funnels. 📍Develop and maintain BD playbooks to standardize and scale retail growth across regions.

About you:

📍Proven experience in Business Development within a crypto exchange, trading platform, broker, wallet, or Web3 product, preferably with a focus on retail users. 📍Strong understanding of retail user behavior, trading journeys, and what drives activation, retention, and volume among retail audiences. 📍Hands-on experience building retail user growth funnels from 0 → 1, including outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing partner management. 📍Solid knowledge of crypto ecosystems: KOLs, affiliate programs, communities, API traders, influencers, etc. 📍English fluency is required; multilingual ability is a strong plus. 📍Crypto-native mindset: you follow market trends, understand user psychology, and stay current with industry narratives
