Our Consulting department is responsible for creating a tokenization strategy and designing tokenomy. It is made up of pioneers in the field of business consulting in the blockchain environment. Due to the growing interest in tokenization and the increasing number of orders, we are looking for another member of the Norion team!

About a role We are looking for a Crypto Research Analyst, a person who has a strong desire for self-development in crypto, has strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver qualitative research. Your responsibilities will include: providing high-quality research on various topics that help the team provide better services to our clients, analysing competitive solutions, specific protocols and ecosystems, participating in the process of Whitepaper creation and other strategic documents, participating in the internal crypto community: sharing & discussing news in an internal "news channel", sharing & discussing knowledge, and market solutions in an internal "knowledge compendium", continuous development of knowledge in terms of: Blockchain, DeFi, NFT, Web 3.0, Governance implementations, GameFi, Layer-2 solutions, innovative solutions in the crypto area, development of a token operating model, its application and usability, defining problems both in the crypto market and on the client side and solving them by developing solutions, developing a token entry strategy on the secondary market (CEX, DEX), daily exploration of the cryptocurrency market, searching for new products on the crypto market and informing the team through the company's internal channel, participating in team meetings and creatively working on innovative solutions for clients, consulting on potential technical solutions and how blockchain works with other members of the project team, review feasibility of specific technical solutions for development and product departments.

What we expect from you: very good understanding of: Blockchain, DeFi, NFT, Wed 3.0, Governance, GameFi, Layer-2, features on various CEXes, good analytical skills, the ability to conduct high-quality research, the ability to search for information that provides solutions to most problems encountered in ecosystem/tokenomy building, good knowledge of various ecosystems (e.g. Ethereum [including Polygon, Binance Smart Chain], PolkaDot), good command of written and spoken English (B2), to be able to: actively participate in Team and Client calls, create documents, search for information, good organizational skills.
