Job Summary
Key Responsibilities of the role
šSupport the implementation and maintenance of PMO frameworks, tools, and processes. šProvide analytical support to Programme Management team šMonitor and report on project and program performance, ensuring risks and issues are captured in the correct format and mitigation plans are valid and in place. šMaintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports. šFacilitate project governance meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. šSupporting the business with adherence to the Governance Framework and driving good practice. šContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Your experience, skills and knowledge
Essential šExperience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or similar role. šStrong understanding of project management strategies, processes, and tools. šPossess high attention for detail and ability to multitask šProven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment. šExperience in working with multiple stakeholders. šProficiency in Project Management tools (e.g. JIRA, MS Excel (or similar), MS PowerPoint)
