Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

📍Establish connections with communities and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) related to Node Operations. 📍Identify and manage channel partners to attract new Node Operators. 📍Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to strengthen Puffer's presence in the Node Operator ecosystem. 📍Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements for mutual benefit. 📍Educate the market about Puffer’s low bond Node operations through webinars, workshops, and outreach activities. 📍Participate in forums, social media groups, and industry events to promote Puffer’s Node operations. 📍Gather feedback and insights from the community to enhance Puffer’s offerings. 📍Create and implement strategies to maximize the effectiveness of partnerships.

Qualifications

📍Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. 📍Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. 📍5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy roles within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi industry or fintech. 📍Strong understanding of liquid restaking concepts, protocols, and technologies, with a track record of building and managing relationships with communities and key opinion leaders (KOLs). 📍Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 📍Flexibility to attend industry events and engage with relevant forums and social media platforms.
