Our mission is to make it easier for leading Web3 games, brands, and creators to bring the world onchain by simplifying onboarding by abstracting the blockchain, and scaling User Acquisition as an input to their loyalty and rewards strategy. Founded less than 2-years ago in July ‘22, Snag already works with Pudgy Penguins, Rolling Loud, Yuga, FLOW, Wilder World, and over 100+ others.

Job Summary

What You’ll Do

📍At Snag you’ll be an early team member with outsized impact. You will be: 📍 Joining a remote-friendly team to partner with leading Web3 games, blockchains, brands, and creators. 📍Share our product and value prop. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English. 📍Be scrappy - the right candidate will find ways to improve our overall go-to-market process by iterating quickly on top of funnel. 📍Work on both generating meetings via outbound sales and driving inbound leads through content and social media marketing. 📍Work 40 hours a week or more on average.

You’ll be working on a product with strong customer validation and early signs of Product Market Fit. Because of the nature of early-stage startups we do expect someone who:

📍 Works well with ambiguity 📍Has a strong ownership mindset 📍Is a strong communicator and works well in small teams

Who You Are

📍 You’re a college graduate OR have 2+ years of start-up experience 📍Strong interest in Web3 & blockchain technology. 📍Location: Fully Remote to start, ability to work 8+ hours with CST time zone overlap, with plans to centralize GTM in an Austin Headquarters late in ‘25. 📍Compensation & Benefits: TBD, equity available for the right candidate

Who We Are

📍Co-founders Zach (Ops) and Jason (Tech) met at DoorDash, building for the merchant, and launching products like the ads platform & POS integrations to scale operations nationally. Zach was then a Director & GM helping merchants like McDonalds and Panera offer delivery through their own app and website to improve margins and own the experience. When looking for ways to avoid OpenSea fees and help creators enforce royalties Zach saw the opportunity to provide the same tooling to NFT creators. Zach called Jason and Snag was born. 📍Zach was an early leader at DoorDash who fell deep down the crypto rabbit hole, starting with DeFi before focusing on the long term applications of blockchain tech for consumer brands. 📍Jason was an early engineering leader at Snap, DoorDash, and Modern Treasury. He loves building software to empower creators and developers. By generalizing some of the hardest-to-build pieces of NFT products he hopes to be a small part in bringing the Web3 to the world.
