Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, NFT marketplaces, and other stakeholders within the Web3 ecosystem. šŸ“ Develop relationships with crypto communities, influencers, and investors to promote the company and its products. šŸ“ Create and implement a comprehensive business development strategy and processes that aligns with the company's goals and growth targets. šŸ“ Identify market opportunities and lead efforts to launch innovative products or services in the Web3 gaming space. šŸ“Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with blockchain networks, gaming platforms, and NFT projects. šŸ“Conduct detailed market analysis to stay updated on the latest Web3 gaming trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. šŸ“Provide data-driven insights to the executive team to inform product development and marketing strategies. šŸ“Represent the company at Web3 and gaming conferences, networking events, and industry forums to raise brand awareness and connect with potential partners. šŸ“Cultivate strong relationships with blockchain developers, game publishers, and Web3 investors. šŸ“Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, including legal, technical, and financial aspects. šŸ“Manage contractual agreements, ensuring all terms are beneficial for both the company and its partners. šŸ“Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and company objectives. šŸ“Provide strategic input during the development of new products and features to ensure they meet market demand. šŸ“Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement. šŸ“Act as the main point of contact for partners and clients, resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

šŸ“2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in gaming and Web3 Games industries. šŸ“ Proven experience in the Web3 or blockchain ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, crypto gaming, etc.). šŸ“Strong understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, tokenomics, and decentralized platforms. šŸ“Experience working with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, or NFT projects is highly desirable. šŸ“Demonstrated success in securing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth. šŸ“Familiarity with Web3-specific business models such as Play-to-Earn (P2E), GameFi, and NFT-based economies.
