Key Responsibilities:
šMarket Strategy Development: šDevelop and implement strategic plans to grow the P2P market within Wallet in Telegram. šAnalyze market trends and user behavior to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. šPartnership Management: šIdentify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the P2P and cryptocurrency markets. šManage relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth and success. šUser Acquisition & Engagement: šDesign and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention within the P2P market. šDevelop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. šProduct Development Support: šCollaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the P2P market features meet user needs and industry standards. šProvide insights and feedback to enhance the user experience and functionality of the P2P market. šPerformance Tracking & Reporting: šMonitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies. šPrepare and present regular reports on market performance, user acquisition, and engagement metrics. Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. š3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry. šProven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies. šStrong understanding of P2P markets and cryptocurrency ecosystems. šExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. šAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. šAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. šProficiency in using business development and CRM tools. šPassion for fintech and a deep understanding of the latest industry trends.
