Job Summary

What you'll be doing:

đź“ŤResearch companies and other institutions that are interested in bringing crypto and web3 services into new products, features, and services and choose the best partners for Aptos đź“ŤDeveloping and closing large, notable partner opportunities that will advance our mission đź“ŤProvide a strategic perspective to product and engineering teams, delivering critical business insights and launching initiatives that impact the market đź“ŤWork alongside other partnerships leads to develop a comprehensive set of partners needed for our project

What we’re looking for:

đź“Ť7+ years of experience working in partnerships, business development, or similar roles at high-growth technology companies đź“ŤExperience working with commercial agreements, including creating and negotiating agreements outside of standard sales contracts đź“ŤExperience working with technical teams (product management and Engineering), lawyers, and marketers on joint projects đź“ŤExperience in and strong market knowledge of the blockchain & crypto industry in Japan strongly preferred đź“ŤExperience developing and closing partner opportunities across companies in Japan đź“ŤA deep and relevant network with industry leaders across tech, media, and social networks đź“ŤExcellent Japanese and English written and oral communication skills, as this role requires frequent communication to members of our team and commercial partners đź“ŤMBA or JD preferred
