Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAOās core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šStrategic Partnerships: Identify, initiate, and manage relationships with top-tier Venture Capital firms, Hedge Funds, and other institutional investors to drive strategic partnerships and investment opportunities for Mantle Network. šDeal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead and manage end-to-end deal processes, including structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals with institutional partners. šMarket Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the institutional investment landscape. Provide strategic insights to the executive team. šNetworking & Representation: Represent Mantle Network at industry conferences, events, and meetings with institutional investors. šBuild and maintain a strong network within the financial and investment communities. šCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership deals. šReporting & KPIs: Develop and maintain a robust reporting system to track the progress and outcomes of BD activities. Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to institutional partnerships and deal flow.
Your Craft:
šExperience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, investment banking, venture capital, or a similar role within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry. šNetwork: Established relationships with Venture Capital firms, Hedge Funds, and institutional investors. šKnowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the broader crypto landscape. Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions is a plus. šSkills: Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion. šCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
