What You'll Do:

📍Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance transaction volume and project completion on the Boba Network. 📍Foster and maintain relationships while providing essential support for internal projects. 📍Execute outreach activities at scale, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to engage with businesses in your pipeline. 📍Utilize a solutions-based sales approach to instill urgency, addressing business challenges, and presenting targeted value propositions on how the Boba Network can deliver solutions. 📍Engage with prospects via various communication channels, including phone calls, personalized emails, and video conferences. 📍Identify new accounts and assess both outbound and inbound sales opportunities. 📍Represent the company and provide education to prospects at trade shows, conferences, and private events. Some travel may be required. 📍Conduct in-depth research to identify companies and institutions interested in integrating crypto and web3 services into their products, features, and services. Strategically select the best partners to propel the Boba Network forward.

About You:

📍You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in business development projects within layer 1 or layer 2 blockchain companies. 📍Your extensive network includes contacts within the web3 ecosystem, encompassing launchpads and market makers. 📍You possess a genuine passion for web3 technology and have the creative ability to devise innovative solutions that align with the Boba Network's mission. 📍Your enthusiasm for crypto products is evident, with a specific focus on our key offerings. 📍Your knowledge of the institutional crypto landscape within your region is comprehensive, giving you valuable insights into market dynamics. 📍Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are your strengths, enabling you to establish and nurture fruitful relationships. 📍You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are comfortable operating in such conditions. 📍You have the initiative to explore new avenues for identifying opportunities, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn and Drift to your advantage.
