Polygon Labs engages with other ecosystem developers to help make available scalable, affordable, secure and sustainable blockchain infrastructure for Web3. Polygon Labs has initially developed a growing suite of protocols for developers to gain easy access to major scaling solutions, including layer 2s (zero-knowledge rollups and optimistic rollups), sidechains, hybrid chains, app-specific chains, enterprise chains, and data availability protocols. Scaling solutions that Polygon Labs initially developed have seen widespread adoption with tens of thousands of decentralized apps, unique addresses exceeding 225 million, over 1.2 million smart contracts created and 2.56 billion total transactions processed since inception. The existing Polygon network is home for some of the biggest Web3 projects, such as Aave, Uniswap, and OpenSea, and well-known enterprises, including Robinhood, Stripe and Adobe. Polygon Labs is carbon neutral with the goal of leading Web3 in becoming carbon negative.
Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šDrive Strategic Adoption: Identify, engage and close enterprise leads building on Agglayer CDK, joining the Agglayer, or deploying RWA-related use cases on Polygon network. šFocus on RWAs: Champion Polygon Labs as the go-to blockchain partner for asset managers, infrastructure providers, and ecosystem participants focused on tokenizing real-world assets in EMEA. šEnable Critical Infrastructure: Build relationships with infrastructure players across payments, custody, stablecoins, oracles, and tokenization that accelerate enterprise adoption. šBuild Local Ecosystems: Grow Polygon Labsā presence in European and UAE fintech and blockchain communities through proactive engagement, thought leadership and deal execution. šCross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with solutions engineering, product, legal, and enablement teams to support successful project delivery and long-term impact. šPipeline and Insights Reporting: Maintain a clear and structured reporting cadence with commercial KPIs, milestone tracking, and market insights specific to RWA and enterprise developments.
What You'll Need
š5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience, ideally within capital markets, fintech, or blockchain. šPrior experience with blockchain technology and enterprise use cases such as tokenization, stablecoins, custody, or smart contract platforms. šProven ability to close complex deals and manage a full pipeline lifecycle in EMEA financial services markets. šStrong communication skills and executive presence with stakeholders ranging from startup founders to institutional executives. šEntrepreneurial drive and comfort navigating ambiguity in emerging technologies.
