Job Summary
You should be able to:
📍Drive Strategic Alignment: Play a crucial role in ensuring that every initiative resonates with the organization’s overarching strategy. You’ll work on understanding both the current landscape and future goals of our clients. 📍Enhance Processes: Utilize your analytical skills to map and improve business processes. Identify bottlenecks, document workflows, and recommend strategic optimizations to enhance operational efficiency. 📍Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with executives, operations teams, and IT to gather essential requirements, ensuring that business needs are met through tailored technology solutions. 📍Develop Frameworks: Help create and maintain robust business architecture frameworks that guide organizations in achieving their strategic goals. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
What You Bring:
đź“ŤExcellent communication skills at business level in English and Dutch đź“Ť10+ years of work experience in the financial services/Consulting industry đź“ŤBe willing to switch between being a business analyst, architect and project manager, depending on the need of the client đź“ŤExperience as Business Architect within a consulting firm, or as an internal consultant in the financial services industry, preferably working with or for major banks. đź“ŤTarget Operating Model (TOM) design experience The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) highly desirable đź“ŤExperienced in, or motivated to learn, setting up and leading projects đź“ŤCuriosity to learn new things and eager to continuously develop yourself đź“ŤEntrepeneurial mindset
