📍Expert Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the CIS region's crypto industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions. 📍Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, including crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and crypto-school / courses, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network. 📍Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies to drive measurable results, focusing on increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels. 📍Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth. 📍Partnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally. 📍Collaboration with Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users. 📍Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.

What We Look For In You
