Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šManage the end-to-end deal cycle with target TradFi institutions and large Web3 organizations to drive capital deals for NUVAās products. šBuild and maintain relationships with decision-makers at banks, funds, asset managers, institutions, DAOs, and/or major protocols / foundations. šDevelop pitches, financial models, and deal structures that address the investment needs of different institutional segments. šLead negotiations from first contact through final closing, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing account management for institutional clients.
What weāre looking for:
š3-5 years of dedicated experience in institutional sales roles within the Finance or Web3 industry šDemonstrable success in sourcing, structuring, and closing deals with institutional partners. šDeep established network among large asset managers, funds, banks, DAOs, and/or large Web3 protocols / foundations. šDeep interest in and strong understanding of financial products, Web3, RWA and DeFi. šHighly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented: able to drive initiatives from sourcing through closing and post-sale management. šOutstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese are a plus. Additional languages are preferred. šStrong teamwork skills with ability to work with teams including legal / compliance, art / design, product etc. šBachelorās degree (or above) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
