Job Summary

Role:

šŸ“Work with business leaders to deliver effective talent strategies, organizational structures, and development initiatives šŸ“Enable individual and team performance by assessing talent, providing performance coaching, and supporting teams šŸ“Develop effective engagement action plans to meet the unique needs of specific teams and employees šŸ“Develop communications that equip leaders with the language to deliver their messages šŸ“Analyze people data, trends, and interactions to proactively address challenges šŸ“Operate as a change agent and employee advocate šŸ“Address employee relations matters thoroughly and thoughtfully šŸ“Collaborate across the HR department to build and deliver a connected employee experience šŸ“Take personal responsibility for delivering quality work Iterate on past work to improve and maintain relevance in a changing marketplace šŸ“Use sound judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems šŸ“Solve problems and identify root causes of complex talent issues; develop and implement solutions

Requirements:

šŸ“Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience šŸ“5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a progressive, fast-paced environment, with a minimum of 2 years in this industry šŸ“Proven experience proactively coaching leaders and providing strategic guidance on complex people management issues and strategies (including team restructures, talent mobility, change, and broad capability building) šŸ“Superior communication skills—able to convey confidence, empathy, and trust through candor and diplomacy; capable of engaging with front-line employees and senior leaders at both strategic and operational levels
