Job Summary
Role:
šWork with business leaders to deliver effective talent strategies, organizational structures, and development initiatives šEnable individual and team performance by assessing talent, providing performance coaching, and supporting teams šDevelop effective engagement action plans to meet the unique needs of specific teams and employees šDevelop communications that equip leaders with the language to deliver their messages šAnalyze people data, trends, and interactions to proactively address challenges šOperate as a change agent and employee advocate šAddress employee relations matters thoroughly and thoughtfully šCollaborate across the HR department to build and deliver a connected employee experience šTake personal responsibility for delivering quality work Iterate on past work to improve and maintain relevance in a changing marketplace šUse sound judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems šSolve problems and identify root causes of complex talent issues; develop and implement solutions
Requirements:
šBachelorās degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience š5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a progressive, fast-paced environment, with a minimum of 2 years in this industry šProven experience proactively coaching leaders and providing strategic guidance on complex people management issues and strategies (including team restructures, talent mobility, change, and broad capability building) šSuperior communication skillsāable to convey confidence, empathy, and trust through candor and diplomacy; capable of engaging with front-line employees and senior leaders at both strategic and operational levels
