Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
š1. University Partnerships & B2B Sales šIdentify and establish partnerships with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions to promote ASBās training programs internationally. šBuild and maintain a network of international education consultants, recruitment agents, and study abroad advisors. šDevelop B2B collaborations with organizations involved in student mobility, global admissions, and overseas education counseling. š2. Agent & Consultant Network Expansion šOnboard and manage a network of education consultants, student recruitment agencies, and visa counseling firms to drive student enrollments. šTrain and support education agents on ASBās offerings, admissions processes, and partnership benefits. šDevelop incentive structures and engagement strategies to maximize student referrals through agents.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: š3+ years of experience in business development, international student recruitment, or university sales within the study abroad sector. šProven track record in B2B sales, university admissions, and agent network management.
Skills & Competencies:
šStrong networking and relationship-building skills with universities and education agents. šExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. šDeep understanding of study abroad trends, visa policies, and international admissions processes. šAbility to drive partnerships independently and manage multiple stakeholders. šKnowledge of EdTech platforms and global higher education ecosystems is a plus.
