Description
šAVP - Partnerships is responsible for driving the partnerships function by actively identifying and forging deep partnerships for Liminalās business growth. The candidate will leverage his/her knowledge of the global web3 landscape to devise and apply insights and strategies to close impactful partnership opportunities for Liminalās Wallet Infrastructure, Qualified Custody and Digital Asset Tokenization offerings. šLead partnership initiatives, determining the right approach, sizing and scoping the opportunities, identifying risks and ways to mitigate them, and driving the plan for execution šLead communications and serve as primary point of contact for partner relationships šManage the end-to-end partnership strategy and execution focused on driving adoption of Liminalās existing products as well as to identify opportunities, validate new product launches & market assumptions, build go-to market plans and ultimately close deals with leading ecosystem businesses. šWork with product to develop new features with product teams to meet needs of partners and customers in Liminalās core target markets. šLeverage internal and external data to develop business recommendations that generate value for Liminal and our partners šBuild rapport with internal stakeholders, namely sales, product and operations to build solid relationships through partnerships šNurture and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations šDevelop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry offerings and provide strategies for success šIdentify and evaluate potential opportunities from traditional finance, including banking, payments, investment partners and opportunities for Liminalās offerings. šBuild and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including associations, VCs and incubators, influencers, business prospects, regulators, financial institutions, and other industry participants. šLead negotiations and deal structuring with potential partners. šCreate financial models and forecasts on prospective partnerships. šProvide market intelligence and feedback to Liminalās leadership team to inform product and business strategy. šBuild a detailed reporting structure along with dashboards to establish and utilize key metrics for measuring and communicating success. šAssume an lead role, collaborating closely with partnership team members as well as with other product managers and leaders.
Requirements
š7 years experience in a similar role within the Web3 ecosystem. Eg: strategic alliances, partnerships, ecosystem, M&A, etc. šBespoke deals experience ā sourced, drove, and/or led it to completion. šConfidence and extensive experience of working with C-suite executives, executive leadership and management šPersistent, self-driven, never-say-never attitude with a flare of creativity to keep leveraging different ways to crack partnership deals šProven track record structuring bespoke transformational deals in a fast-paced environment. šA jack-of-all-trades with a get-things-done attitude šAbility to drive team efficiency in a very fluid and rapidly changing environment šObsessing over the details but also understanding how to ship on time šDesire to bring digital assets to the forefront of the global economy šAbility to analyze and communicate the value and impact of competing solutions to business problems. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner. šEffective presentation, verbal and written communication skills šProven project and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
