ETHDenver, the world’s largest annual Web3.0 Community Innovation Festival, is returning in February 2022 with Colorado Governor Jared Polis, South African Entrepreneur & Colorado Resident Kimbal Musk, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin, and more coming together to accelerate blockchain adoption and the State of Colorado’s mission to become the First Digital State in the U.S.
“We see 2022 as the year of mass adoption for Web3.0. In 2021, we finally cracked the code – from NFTs to DAOs to digital identities, the movement we’ve been working towards is accelerating,” said John Paller, Founder of ETHDenver.
“The purpose of ETHDenver is to bring together builders, creatives, and change-makers to continue driving the adoption of this new world. We are working closely with the State of Colorado and the global blockchain community to actualize this goal.”
Taking place from February 11-20, 2022, the event will gather 8,000+ in person and 30,000+ virtual attendees, along with the brightest minds in blockchain innovation.
The free-to-attend event will include a vast range of community building, educational opportunities, and social happenings. These include hundreds of talks, expert panels, technical workshops, immersive experiences, art galleries, live music, hackerspaces, networking events, complimentary childcare, and more.
Friday, February 18th, will feature Colorado: Digital State, with keynotes from Governor Jared Polis, announcements from Kimbal Musk, and a live AMA with the founder of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin.
Impact Lawyer and Attorney of the Colorado Supreme Court, Yev Muchnik, will deliver her updates on the legislative efforts aimed at paving the way for Colorado to become the First Digital State of the U.S., and DAOs to become legitimized entities.
Additional speakers will include Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum and founder of ConsenSys, Kevin Owocki, founder of Gitcoin, a platform incentivizing open-source software, Elena Sinelnikova, CEO of MetisDAO, an L2 scaling solution and Founder of CryptoChicks, and more.
Top sponsors include Harmony, Algorand, Near Protocol, and other L1 blockchain solutions, solidifying ETHDenver as a unifier and connector of the entire blockchain ecosystem.
Evolving beyond just being a once-a-year event, ETHDenver will function as an incubator and launchpad to create year-round support for early-stage blockchain projects by tethering them back to state infrastructure.
