Bitcicoin, which started the year with a total supply of 100 billion units, but reduced its offering to 95 billion units by burning 5 billion units last September, has now announced a new burning plan of 74 billion units. Accordingly, 45 billion units of burning will be completed on December 31. The remaining 29 billion units that will be burned will be spread over the next 2 years. Within the scope of this calendar, 20 billion Bitcicoins will be burned on 31 December 2022, and 9 billion Bitcicoins will be burned on December 31, 2023.
The number of Bitcicoin in circulation will be decreased by 25percent
The good news shared with investors by Bitci Technology is not limited to this. Alongside the total offer, the number of Bitcicoin in circulation will also be reduced by approximately 25 percent. On December 31, 2 billion 515 million of the Bitcicoin in circulation, whose total number is approximately 10 billion 382 million 611, will be locked. These coins will not be unlocked until the end of 2023. Thus, the number of Bitcicoin in circulation will decrease to 7 billion 867 million 611.

Additional information to the new roadmap, announced by Bitci Technology CEO Onur Altan Tan to investors is Bitcicoin 2.0, which will be on international exchange listings. Bitcicoin is listed on 6 exchanges including; XT, Bigone, Biconomy, Bittrex, FineXbox, Probit, and soon will be listed on KuCoin, Lbank, Mexc, OKEx, FTX, and Gateio.
