This September, the XFounders Bootcamp, powered by the Solana Foundation, welcomes 20 seed and Series-A startup teams, top-tier experts, and VCs to Bali. Participants will build a robust network, design profound strategies, gain industry insights, and secure funding on a culminating demo day.
Beyond the educational aspects, teams will participate in the first-of-its-kind edutainment reality show focused on startup building, in partnership with BeInCrypto.

At XFounders, we believe that online networking often falls short. In informal settings, people make meaningful connections that lead to great partnerships, collaborations, and deals. Our goal is not only to equip projects with cutting-edge knowledge from top-tier experts, a robust network, and essential skills, but also to create an atmosphere where close relationships create magic.
That’s why we decided to showcase that magic to the world through a Reality Show to inspire viewers with the startup spirit and encourage them to build their own projects. We strive to enable a more fair and transparent future for all by helping pioneering builders create great products, as founders and their innovations are at the core of mass adoption.
Season #1 of the XFounders Bootcamp took place in Antalya in September 2023 and brought together 21 startups, 50 contributors, including speakers from BeInCrypto, and 10 VCs from around the world. It was the first month-long program for web3 projects that focused not only on the educational aspect but also on fostering long-term connections.
The bootcamp’s outcome was resounding:
- 15 collaborations, 8 launched MVPs, 17 changed marketing strategies, and 5 pivots.
- 66 workshops
- 183 one-on-one sessions
- 11 pitching training rounds
- 10 mastermind group sessions
- 200+ hours of high-quality educational content
This year, for Season 2, we aim to surpass the achievements of Season 1. With the support of the Solana Foundation and top-tier partners, in
cluding mentors from Solana Foundation, Mastercard, Amazon, Gate.io, and Circle, we plan to bring together 20 ambitious Series A and seed startups this September to skyrocket their performance.
Reality Show
No success is Gained Without Inner Growth
XFounders Startup Warriors Reality will focus on groundbreaking ideas and securing investments. They will also focus on the personal and job growth behind every great project. This is especially true in web3.
The show will depict how startup teams will navigate a journey of growth and development. Participants will receive Holistic Mentorship from expert mentors, engage in Self-Reflection Exercises to understand their motivations and fears, and immerse themselves in Balinese Traditions that teach balance and community.
The journey will culminate in a Final Pitch and Personal Growth Presentation, where startups will present their refined business strategies and personal growth stories to top-tier investors, who will consider both aspects in their Investment Decisions.
