London, UNITED KINGDOM, March 1st, 2021 – BeInCrypto, one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing crypto news and education platforms, is delighted to announce a new partnership with the Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Society at the University of Leeds (LUUCABS), the United Kingdom’s (UK) first undergraduate blockchain society.
Similar to our previous collaboration with Encode Club last week, BeInCrypto’s first partnership with LUUCABS will strengthen the much-needed connection between the UK’s academic world and the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
Indeed, this link is imperative. Employers in the cryptocurrency space continue to find it difficult to hire locally in the UK, for anything from crypto-writing and marketing, to blockchain development.
The workforce shortage forces high wages and international outreach, both of which demand many resources from UK-based crypto-businesses in the growth stage.
In partnering with LUUCABS, BeInCrypto is doing its part to alleviate this issue. The two organizations will work together to promote the cryptocurrency and blockchain space and encourage students to become part of it!
About LUUCABS
Founded in 2017 by BeInCrypto’s Emmanuel Young and Encode Club‘s George Benton, LUUCABS was the first undergraduate cryptocurrency and blockchain society in the UK.
LUUCAB’s objective is to increase awareness and understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, with the ultimate goal of promoting Leeds as the forefront for innovation in cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
The society holds regular events; the last being with BeInCrypto’s own CEO, Alena Afanaseva, explored the topic of women in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
Others include trading workshops, lectures, and deep dives into decentralized ledger technology.
