Yana M. is a business development and account management leader in the crypto industry, currently Head of B2B&Partnerships at ChangeNOW, a non-custodial crypto exchange infrastructure provider. Yana entered the crypto industry in 2021, starting at a payments startup where she built out business development from an early-stage team, before moving on to lead business development and account management for ChangeNOW's exchange infrastructure. Across both, she built and led partner-facing teams from the ground up, working with partners spanning fintech, wallets, exchanges, and payment platforms. Yana's focus is B2B partnership strategy. She structures integrations and negotiates commercial terms that balance partner and company interests, translating product capabilities into the metrics partners actually care about. Beyond partnerships, Yana oversees B2B marketing and product at ChangeNOW, and mentors BizDev and account managers on partner communication and negotiation.
