Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead the development and execution of Aethir's ecosystem growth strategy in the Web3 space (major focus on gaming, AI, and DePIN) šAct as a primary point of contact for both existing and new clients, focusing on nurturing strong relationships. šOversee the management and optimization of multiple BD channels to activate ecosystem partnerships. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts. šMonitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. šTravel at short notice to conferences and industry events to represent Aethir and participate in speaking panels, workshops, etc.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. š3-4 years of experience in BD/ Partnerships/ Ecosystem development or a similar strategic role in a Web3 company. šStrong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. šProficiency in using CRM systems/Notion is required. šDeep knowledge of blockchain and decentralized technologies is required.
