Job Summary
Responsibilities
šCollaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs, technical requirements, and team goals. šManage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience. šDevelop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in crypto, and Web3 domains. šContinuously track, analyze, and report on hiring metrics, performance data, and progress updates to Talent Acquisition, hiring teams, and the leadership group. šServe as a subject matter expert on technical roles, tools, and platforms, guiding hiring managers through interview processes, candidate assessments, and final hiring decisions. šPost roles in multiple Social media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter (X), Crypto Job portals and Telegram groups šStay updated on industry trends, crypto developments, and Web3 talent landscapes to refine recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive hiring edge. šPromote diversity and inclusion by actively sourcing and engaging with candidates from underrepresented groups in the tech and crypto spaces.
Requirements
š+ 2 years of experience hiring in a web3 company (mandatory). Technical understanding of the roles. šIdeal Time zone from GMT-8 to GMT+3. šExceptional verbal and written communication skillsāyouāre professional, approachable, and fun to work with. šA team player mindset, thriving in a collaborative environment with multiple moving parts. šImpeccable organizational skills and a razor-sharp attention to detail. šFlexibility to juggle shifting priorities with easeānothing throws you off balance! šCreativity.A creative, process-driven approach, always looking for more innovative ways to work.
