Job Summary

Your job as the Recruiting Coordinator would include …

📍Recruitment Systems Management: Own and maintain our ATS (Ashby) and proactively evaluate and implement new tools that streamline and enhance the recruiting process. 📍Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to align on role requirements, drive timely feedback, and ensure a consistent and effective hiring process. 📍Candidate Pipeline Oversight: Manage and monitor candidate pipelines for full-time, part-time, and contract roles, ensuring timely progression through each hiring stage and proactive feedback loops with hiring teams. 📍Talent Sourcing and Job Postings: Collaborate with hiring managers to write and post job listings, actively source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and AI tools like Clay, and screen applicants against role-specific criteria to build strong, qualified pipelines. 📍Candidate Experience: Coordinate interviews, maintain timely and professional communication with candidates, and manage the overall candidate experience from application to offer, ensuring a positive and consistent experience. 📍Recruiting Process Optimization: Document and maintain recruiting workflows, track and report on recruiting KPIs, identify process bottlenecks, and lead initiatives to streamline and automate hiring operations for speed and quality.

📍Who you are 📍You have 1–3 years of experiences in a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or similar operational role. You’re experienced with using ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever, and sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and databases. 📍You’re organized, detail-oriented, and a strong project manager. You catch mistakes before they become issues, whether you're proofreading a job description, setting up a new job description, scheduling interviews, or updating the ATS. Your systems and checklists keep everything moving smoothly even when managing multiple roles. 📍You’re a strong communicator. You can communicate clearly and professionally and know how to keep candidates and hiring teams informed throughout every stage of the process. 📍You take ownership and deliver. You track your own KPIs, hold hiring teams accountable, and move candidates forward without needing reminders or micromanagement.
