Job Summary
Responsibilities:
đź“ŤOwn full-cycle recruiting for company with a focus on global technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiations đź“ŤBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs đź“ŤProactively source candidates using a variety of channels, with a focus on quality and long-term fit đź“ŤPartner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and build effective interview processes đź“ŤTrain and support team members on interview best practices and hiring readiness đź“ŤCollaborate with individuals across our ecosystem to identify emerging talent, match skills with opportunities, and support talent development đź“ŤTrack pipeline health, hiring metrics, and ensure consistent ATS usage (Ashby) đź“ŤMay be required to support People Operations tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for:
đź“Ť2+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth or start up global tech environment đź“ŤProven success hiring for roles like Security Engineers, or TPM đź“ŤStrong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to building pipelines đź“ŤStrong stakeholder management and ability to challenge and advise hiring managers đź“ŤFamiliar with Boolean sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, and Google) đź“ŤOrganised, data-driven, and passionate about hiring great people đź“ŤSelf-motivated and comfortable working across different timezones đź“ŤWhile we are a globally distributed team, for this role we prefer candidates who are based in a European or Eastern Standard Time zone.
