What Success Looks Like in This Role
šThe system migration is completed on time, within budget, and meets all outlined performance and security benchmarks. šStakeholders and teams across English- and Chinese-speaking groups feel informed and aligned throughout the process. šCross-functional collaboration improves, with minimal friction or miscommunication. šEnd-users (Quidaxians) adopt the new system seamlessly, with positive feedback from internal surveys and minimal disruption to daily operations. šRisks and challenges are identified early and managed proactively, ensuring smooth project execution. šDetailed documentation is created and maintained for future reference, supporting long-term operational excellence. šLeadership and stakeholders are satisfied with the projectās execution and outcomes.
What Weāre Looking For
šLanguage Proficiency: šFluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) is mandatory. šExperience: š8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading technical or system migration projects. šProven ability to manage bilingual and cross-cultural teams.
