Job Summary

What You’ll Do:

📍Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and product-related roles including Project Managers, Product Managers, Designers, Software Engineers and other related positions. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing offers. 📍Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and talent mapping. 📍Screen and evaluate applications to identify candidates with the right technical skills, experience, and cultural fit aligned with organizational goals. 📍Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and direct outreach to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates. 📍Collaborate closely with Tech, Project Management, and Design leadership teams to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 📍At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably focused on technology, product, project management, and design roles. 📍Proven experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent mapping. 📍Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Filipino. 📍Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, such as technology startups, fintech, e-commerce, or recruitment agencies. 📍Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems, including experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
