Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Analyze and resolve requests regarding IT systems issues and enhancements, leveraging analytical skills to diagnose root causes, implement timely and effective solutions, and drive continuous improvements through system modifications and process enhancements. 📍Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, access control, and secure deactivation of systems and devices. 📍Provision, configure, and maintain company laptops using MDM tools, ensuring compliance with security policies and asset management standards. 📍Hands-on experience administering Okta, including lifecycle management, SSO integrations (SCIM/SAML/OIDC), group-based access controls. 📍Administer, enhance, and support IT systems and applications (e.g., Entra ID, MDM, and SaaS-based tools) to ensure seamless integration, optimize workflows, and improve user productivity. 📍Diagnose and perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and other network-related issues. 📍Troubleshoot and maintain Audio/Video systems for conference rooms. 📍Configure, install, and monitor IT systems, maintain accurate inventory and asset records, and document best practices, ensuring all incidents, service requests, and changes are logged effectively.
Qualifications:
📍3+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar technical role in a global company. 📍2+ Years of experience configuring and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints and their MDM platforms (e.g. Jamf, and Intune). 📍Experience leading IT onboarding calls, guiding new hires through system setup, security requirements, and access configuration to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience. 📍Basic network troubleshooting experience (e.g., LAN, WAN, patch management, etc.). 📍Experience managing and participating in IT projects, collaborating with stakeholders and peers to ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes. 📍Experience working in an agile framework such as Jira.
