Job Summary
Responsibilities
šTalent Acquisition (80%): šCollaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand the talent needs of different departments and business units šDevelop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and acquire high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. šConduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates, ensuring their skills, experience, and cultural fit align with the organization's values and requirements. šManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding. šMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates' profiles and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). šBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and anticipate future talent needs. šContinuously monitor and improve recruitment metrics to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process. šStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to proactively address market challenges and opportunities. Local HR Operations (20%): šSupport various HR operational functions, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. šAssist in the implementation and compliance of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with local regulations and company standards. šAddress employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate HR-related information and support. šCoordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. šCollaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices and contribute to global HR projects when required. šParticipate in local market surveys to benchmark compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
