Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
šLead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for both technical (engineering) and non-technical roles. Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent quickly and efficiently. šDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. šBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple positions simultaneously. šCoordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and specifications. šConduct thorough reference checks and background verifications. šUtilise various sourcing channels and techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates. šMaintain accurate and organised candidate records and recruitment reports. šEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. šCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support organisational goals and hiring needs. šAdapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of a startup environment. šManage high-volume recruitment activities while maintaining a high standard of quality. šWork under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Requirements:
šMinimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on hiring tech and non-tech professionals. šProven experience in the software development industry is highly desirable. šStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šAbility to work independently and efficiently in a startup environment. šProven experience in hiring engineering roles at a good pace. šImmediate availability to join the team. šAdditional experience in HR operations is a plus
